  • General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

  • DHL Express service WORLDWIDE 3-4 Business days after the order has been picked up.
  • Please allow 48-96 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
  • We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund. You as a customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
  • All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer’s own expense.
  • Luban is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested a safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
